Hello,
While trying to update my information today, after entering my username and password to access my account online, I came across a message starting with "functional error", then telling me that I had already completed my update and that I couldn't go back on it.
The message ended with "error code 31 - 10507..
However, I haven't done any update because I would have received my proof in pdf. And when I called 39 49, the voicemail said that I had completed my update for the period of March April 2007!!!!!!!
Now I am trying to update again and I keep encountering the same message.
Can you help me?

You should contact your Pôle-Emploi advisor by email...
There is probably a bug (the error message tends to prove it)
And the mention "for the period of March April 2007" seems quite strange.... the reporting periods cover the entire month and are not "straddling" two months... (as for the year.... unless you copied incorrectly, that's even more fanciful...)
Then, when the reporting is done, you can (and it is recommended) download a document proving this fact... (if you didn't have access, there is indeed an issue...)
Finally, recently (but this is not systematic) there is normally an email sent to confirm the registration of your reporting with the precise day, time when it was done and thus maintaining your place on the list of job seekers.

if they say so, it must be done.
"Because I would have had my receipt in pdf," I only have it if I click on download the file.
I don't think there's an option to download it automatically.
When you log into the applicant area, you can also see if it's indicated that something is missing, like the update.
If it doesn't work, it's quite common even without confinement, so with the exceptional circumstances, try again tomorrow or in 2-3 days to check.
I suppose there will be more flexibility too.

And I can't access my account online either, apart from wanting to update it; otherwise, when I try to enter my file and see my notifications, it says my ID is incorrect, even though it works for my update!!!!!
If you can't reach your advisor by phone... then you should try by email.... and if that doesn't work either.... you can always send a "paper" letter... (like in the old days) ... in these times of degraded functioning, that's the only solution (keep a copy... and if no response within ten days, resend it by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt)
