Issue with Animal Crossing New Horizon

So I've been playing the game for 2 days, I already paid off my first 2 loans, but Tom Nook doesn't give me the option to show him my creatures. We're playing on the same island since we only have one switch for two people. When I arrived, I already had the Critterpedia, but I've never been able to show my new creatures to unlock the museum and then the tools like the shovel. Please help me (when I talk to Tom Nook, he offers me "What should I do?" "About my house" "That's fine, thanks"). I want to clarify that the user who unlocked the Critterpedia and played before me on the island has access to the question "I found a creature" with Tom Nook... But not me, and I want that access!

So in this case, it's that in the events framework of the island, the game waits for the island delegate (player 1) to give 5 fish to Tom Nook for the "museum quest". In this case, player 1 just needs to give a total of 5 species to Tom Nook (and give them properly, because one can show without giving). Once the 5 species are given, the player can, by choosing "what do I do", place the museum tent. In short, the main player must give 5 fish to unlock the museum.

Hello, I have exactly the same problem as you: it prevents me from accessing the axe and watering can, which are essential for the continuity of the game.
In my player number 2's game, Tom Nook doesn't give me anything, no plans, while in player number 1's game, Tom Nook gave all the plans...

Well, we actually have two accounts each on our switch. My little sister logged in with her first account which she abandoned, so that infamous first account is not progressing at all. So, I deleted it. If the first account is not useful, delete it; otherwise, wait for the other to progress and help it so that it goes faster.
