error E02 Solved

Question

Hello,
following a cartridge change, when starting up: an orange light comes on and then the printer stops with error E02.....
Has anyone ever encountered this issue? What should I do?

PROBLEM SOLVED!
It was simply that a pen had fallen inside!!!..........So my error E02 really came from that, I just needed to lean over it.....

indeed, with the reference, it will be easier!
CANON PIXMA MP495 printer
