Hello, for the past two months, my downloads have been very limited. Despite having a fairly high speed, my downloads are very slow for files larger than about 700MB (10 to 50kb/s), while files under 50MB only take a second to download (5 to 10MB/s). I have already contacted my customer service, and they do not handle this type of issue. I also tested other sites to see if the problem was on the server side, but the issue persists. This is quite problematic given that I have a fiber optic connection and an Ethernet cable.

    What are you downloading and from which sites?
    If you are illegally downloading movies or other content from torrent networks or through file hosting services (with a free account), it's quite normal because you can't have your cake and eat it too.

      If you have a normal speed on certain sites (Steam) and not on others, it's simply a server and bandwidth issue that the site allows you, there's nothing you can do about it, that's how it is.
