Hello everyone

I would like to create raffle tickets for our Parents' Association for the end-of-year fair

Last year, we used the generator provided by the Montpellier Academy
( http://pratic34.ac-montpellier.fr/0/?p=1558) which I found very well made.

The small problem is that people complained that the format was a bit small to read (we have 10 prizes to list on it)

So I would like to go for the same concept (with an automatic display of the ticket number) but managing to make larger tickets; ideally, I would like 4 per page (on the Montpellier model, it’s 6 per page).

I manage with Word and Excel, but I'm not a pro either... I really hope you can advise me and that solidarity will be in order

P.S.: we cannot call on a company or website to create them...

Thank you in advance

Hello,

I just enlarged the merge and the font size.
Check if that works for you.
In the sheet '+1+60', I created a range name _Text_Tickets that selects all the texts if you want to quickly test other font sizes.

By continuously trying, we eventually succeed.
So the more it fails, the more chances we have that it works. (the Shadoks)
In addition to the thank you (yes, it happens!!!), please remember to mark it as resolved. Thank you

Hello,

thank you for your quick response, however in the sheet +1+60 I don't see what you created, can you try to explain to me more about how to test the other fonts/where to find plage_texte-tickets? And by the way, I'm still getting 6 tickets per sheet?

Eric has enlarged the merged range where you enter the lots. Click on C2 to see (the range contains 8 rows and 5 columns, which should allow you to fit about ten lots, with a font of your choice.
You just need to change the font size in these ranges (click on C2, and choose a large enough font (14 for example). Then select K2 and press F4 to repeat the change, then C12 and F4 etc...
Have a good evening.

ah yes
super thank you very much I understood actually the ticket is the same size but the text area is larger.. sorry Eric for not understanding everything the first time I was focused on the number of tickets per page :( ...
For the repetition of text on all the other tickets I will instead remove the protection from the first page rather than using the F4 key every time because I have 1000 tickets to do...

In any case thank you all for your help and your quick response
