TOMBOLA TICKET FORMULA

I need your help

Here is my presentation of my problem:
I want to create raffle tickets using OpenOffice Calc
My question is the following:
A raffle ticket includes columns A B C D E F G H
and rows 1 2 3 4 5

In A1 we have the text data = RAFFLE
IN B1 (merged) = the association logo
same in D E F G H1

In A B C 2 = NAME:
In A B C 3 = FIRST NAME:
In A B C 4 = Phone:
In A B 5: Draw on July 1, 2017

In D E 5 = Price 2€

In D E F G H 2 3 4 (all merged) = Prize to collect on July 1, 2017 Many prizes to win 2 children's tickets to the park etc...

Finally in F G H 5 (merged cells) the ticket number

as well as in C 5 similarly the ticket number

And this is where my issue lies, I would like the numbering to happen automatically from 1 to about 1000 (to have 1000 tickets)

The number 1 should be in F G H 5 and C 5

Knowing that number 2 should be written in merged cells F G H 10 and C 10

Number 3 should be written in F G H 15 and C 15

Number 4 should be written in F G H 20 and C 20

etc
