Hello,
I have a little problem that’s bothering me on Snap, and I can't find the answer online.
When I go on Snap, on the conversations side with my friends, sometimes a friend (always the same one) disappears. I have to go to "Search" and find her to reload her conversation. And just before I reload it, there’s no conversation status unlike the others (like for example a little blue icon to indicate when we last chatted).
I've tried using 4G instead of Wi-Fi, cleared the app's cache, restarted my phone, and nothing works. Because of this, I don’t always receive her notifications. Do you know what could be causing this? And what I can do to fix it?
Thanks.

I think I have the same problem as you. I have a friend on Snapchat (the same one) from whom I don't always receive messages. It shows the little blue arrow indicating that the message has been delivered, but I don’t get a response until it seems weird to me, and I log out and back in, and only then does the message appear. Sometimes when I log back in, she has completely disappeared from the messages, and I have to search for her name in the search bar to find her, and the little message logo appears in gray instead of blue, as if this friend had been deleted.
Sorry for the length, but I can’t find any solutions elsewhere, hoping to find a solution here ????
