My phone sends messages by itself

Hello My phone sent a message by itself yesterday. I only noticed it when the recipient notified me. Is that normal? Thank you

Me too, my phone has sent messages by itself twice... some pretty weird stuff.
To a girl; "She told me she saw you."
A friend; "In a big blazer?"

So I changed all my passwords and the same month it happened again with just one person this time!

It said, "Hey there?" at 3 AM!
