Hello,
For about ten days now, I haven't been able to open the Google Chrome and Netflix apps on my iPad 2.
I was quietly watching the new season of one of my favorite series on Netflix when suddenly the app closed. After several attempts to restart it, I noticed a small arrow below the app logo and the loading circle spinning. The same thing happened with Google, and when it got to three-quarters, it suddenly stopped with a message like "download error, try again?" Anyway, while searching and after deleting both apps and trying to reinstall them, I noticed a message saying that iOS 12 or a later version was required. I updated the iOS version on my iPad... so if I understood correctly, this means that my iPad is no longer compatible and I need at least iOS 12 or later, right? I don’t understand because I have iOS 12. Four. Five, and when it gives me the four, I don’t get it because I have iOS 12.4.5. I’m lost without Chrome... what can I do to get it back, please? Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello,
Do you have the iPad 2 or the iPad Air 2? To help you, the iPad 2 was released in 2011 and the iPad Air 2 was released in 2014.
The difference is important because the iPad 2 is not compatible with iOS 12, unlike the iPad Air 2. So if you have the iPad 2, you wouldn't have been able to install iOS 12, and thus the Google Chrome and Netflix apps are no longer compatible with your iPad.
If you have the iPad Air 2, are you sure that iOS 12 is indeed installed? Maybe you could send us a screenshot of the settings (General > About > Software Version).
Have you tried restarting your iPad after deleting the apps?
