Failed to send message on Messenger.

I have a question to ask you, how come when I try to send a message on Messenger it says sending failed, you will not be able to perform this action temporarily. Does anyone happen to know why?

If it’s to several usual contacts, it’s a bug...

If it’s to a specific person, it’s probably related to the fact that they have blocked or ignored messages on Messenger or elsewhere.
