Hello,
Today, on my backup email, I received two emails 2 hours apart from the following address: account-security-noreply@accountprotection.microsoft.com
1. The first one was titled "Verify your email address" and stated:

Note that I had already received a similar email to the first one on January 27 and that this morning, upon starting Windows 10, I had this problem: https://www.malekal.com/windows-10-nous-ne-pouvons-pas-nous-connecter-a-votre-compte/ A simple restart allowed me to access my desktop.
Hence my questions:
- Is someone trying to hack my Outlook email? Did they discover my password, which would explain this confirmation request email from MS?
- Could the issue I had this morning when starting Windows be related?
- What should I do? Click the link in the second email to "cancel the request"? Change my password on this email account?
P.S.: mbam and antivirus found no anomalies on my laptop during the scans I performed this morning.
Thank you for your help,
mtl

Yes, I forgot to mark the topic as resolved (it's done now), sorry!
I followed the process described above and restored a disk image I had made with Macrium Reflect, and the problem hasn't come back...
