So an EPSON XP-3100 printer.
Does the test page you can print from the printer software work correctly?
It is also possible (well... normally) to launch a test page print by manipulating the buttons on your printer (check the user manual to see what is indicated)
If the test page works..... the issue is certainly elsewhere.
The drivers are poorly installed... or perhaps what you are trying to print is not correct.
You can possibly (also from the printer software) perform print head cleanings (don't hesitate to run 4 or 5 in a row).
If nothing works, since your printer is new.. go back to your seller or call Epson support.
