Hello,
After being unable to connect to my printer ("offline" while the other PCs in the house detected it without any problem), I decided to uninstall the previous installation and then reinstall it, but with no success.
Then I managed to reconnect the two devices, but still cannot print.
An error message regarding printing appears.
I then decided to run the commands to remove the device and add it manually in the settings, but it displays a "Driver unavailable" message.
Can someone please help me?
