Missing Bluetooth Drivers

Hello:
I have a Bluetooth sound problem. I tried to connect a speaker to my PC via Bluetooth, I turned on the Wi-Fi and paired the speaker with the PC. The speaker driver was installed but I get an error when trying to play sound. I accessed the Device Manager and saw that I have two Bluetooth drivers that are not installed. Can you help me please? Thank you in advance.

    Hello,

    What is the brand and exact model number of the PC?

    Is Windows 7 32 or 64 bits?

    I'm replying to you from another PC because my HP PC has a Bluetooth problem, which is why I'm able to respond to you. Even last night, I wanted to post this topic but I wasn't able to due to a Java issue that messed everything up. I also received an error message saying Java is not installed, even though it was. I think the problem comes from that. I'm going to reinstall it so I can reply directly from this PC and send you the screenshot and the Bluetooth identification number if needed.

    Just an example, before I could connect my Galaxy 6 edge and 8 smartphones and I even sent and retrieved photos from or to the PC, but now it's impossible. They are present with all the devices but I can't connect them either.

    Re, you told me that I need this kind of adapter to plug into the USB port of your PC, but it doesn't work because the Bluetooth drivers are not installed. I have a kind of Bluetooth USB dongle with a small antenna that I plugged in, but it didn't work.
