Bonsoir, l'ordi de mon oncle bloque l'accès d'ouverture d'incredimail en disant qu' incredimail n'est pas client par défaut donc on clic oui pour qu'il le devienne et le message suivant apparaît : vous n'êtes pas l'utilisateur principal veuillez enregistrer un nom d'utilisateur ....... on clic OK et la boite mail s'ouvre tout de même .... ! !...?????
J'ai regardé dans les propriétés d'ncredimail et dans la section SECURITE, je viens de voir dans Groupes ou Noms Utilisateurs les 4 utilisateurs suivants :
1° / SYSTEM
2°/ Florence{PC-de-florence\florence}
3°/ Administrateur { PC-de-florence\administrateur}
4°/ INTERACTIF

pas normal de tourner a plein régime sans rien faire
sinon peut-être que le programme est-exécuté dans une session "user" et non "admin" ce qui expliquerait le message d'erreur

Je viens de me mettre sous le nom de mon oncle pour poster son rapport Hijackthis
Merci pour la rapidité de réponse le scan a été fait ce midi et le voici : il est de plus embêté depuis plusieurs jours avec une page blanchd internet explorer intitulé about blank on a déjà posté une discu mais pas de résultat !

>Un compte"admin",ou,une session windows "admin" possède tout les droits et ne sont pas limités.Il y a donc plus de dangers sur internet car c plus facile,et,un pirate peut ouvrir une session sur votre PC à votre insue(vérifier périodiquement: comptes d'utilisateurs dans;système.)
note:Dans "options internet" choisir:Incredimail comme messagerie par défault;appliquer et OK

pour nettoyer tous les fichiers inutiles de l'ordinateur et réparer les erreurs de la base de registre

désistallé et réinstallé le PC car problème aussi avec About Blank (le PC venait d'être acheté donc ça n'a pas causé de problème de reinstallé le système.
