I have an Acer Aspire ES 15 ES1-533-C39G running Windows 10, and I gave it to a technician to format it because it was very slow. Surprising, I can no longer connect to the internet

    Hello,

    Press Windows + R
    Type --> devmgmt.msc and OK.

    Do you have a section --> other devices?

    What do you have in network adapters?

    Is Windows 10 32 or 64 bits?
