Unable to unlock on Snap.

Question

Hello, I'm asking for help because Snap won't let me unblock a person I blocked. I click on the cross and it just doesn't work. No matter how much I exit or restart, it doesn't work. I don't know why, but it's really frustrating me.
Please tell me how to fix this???

Apparently, the other person has blocked you as well, they need to unblock you and it's up to that person to send you a friend request (for me, it got resolved that way)... or that person has deactivated their account.

Hello to you, you need to block the person again, basically, with another account or a friend of yours sends you the snap by sharing the snap and then you block the person again and then unblock them????
