Sage Payroll i7 v9.01

Hello,

I have a problem with my SAGE PAIE i7 v9.01 software and I would like to share the experiences of others.
The issue:
I installed the software as a single user on a machine running Windows 8 with a user account that has administrative rights. The installation goes through without any issues. But when I launch the application (pmsw32.exe), the splash screen appears for a few seconds, then disappears and nothing happens.
In the Task Manager, however, it is listed among the open applications.
What could be the possible causes?

Configuration: Windows / Firefox 72.0

Right-click on Properties -> Compatibility -> Compatibility mode and check the box, then select the operating system. Also, in Settings, check the box Run this program as an administrator.

And where do we right-click? On what? Be clearer.
