M.2 SSD Compatibility with MSI Gaming M3 B150

Hello

Being very interested in the advantages of M.2 SSDs and having a slot on my MSI Gaming M3 B150 motherboard, I decided to buy an NVMe M.2.

This is to install games like Red Dead Redemption and Shadow of Mordor, etc.

Together, these games take up 300 GB of disk space, and I would like to switch from a SATA drive to NVMe technology, which I believe will give me a boost in loading times and overall speed.

I looked into the Crucial P1 1TB M.2 model, which I think offers a good price-to-quality ratio... but is this hard drive compatible with my motherboard???

Feel free to recommend other products (still not exceeding 150 euros and not too thick with a heatsink... the RTX already takes up enough space...)

I hope you can give me good advice, especially regarding compatibility, because if it were up to me, I would choose the most powerful option within my price range, but money is hard-earned and should be invested wisely!

I hope I was clear; this is my first time asking for advice here ????

Hi

Apparently, only M.2 in SATA standard, no PCI-Express or NVME...
