Connect Soundflow i15 headphones together

Question

Hello,
I am having a problem connecting my Soundflow i15 earbuds together. I can connect them separately to my phone, but I can't listen to music through both earbuds at the same time. Do you have a solution to my problem? Thank you in advance for your responses.

I had the same problem, before connecting them to the phone, turn on both earbuds at the same time, then press one of the earbuds twice and you will hear that they are connected to each other, then connect to your phone.

I was asked the question about the same model of headphones purchased on Groupon.

My best guess is that the two earbuds are no longer synchronized. Basically, the phone sends all the music to one earpiece, which then relays it to its neighbor to achieve stereo sound. Just like you declare the earbuds on the phone, you need to re-declare the left earbud to the right one (or vice versa).

My issue is that I haven't had access to the user manual yet, and I can't find the manufacturer's website... so I don't have the complete answer with the exact procedure.

Online, I've seen different models; some connect by contact and others require a certain pressure time on the earbuds.

Hello everyone,As mentioned, it started working, so I don't have the exact procedure.I drew inspiration from the procedures for other similar models.You need to turn on the left one, hold it for 10 to 20 seconds so that it enters pairing mode. It may turn on and off several times.Then, take care of the right one. Same, hold it down for the appropriate pairing mode.Both earbuds should stop blinking when it's done.I think you can do it with the phone's Bluetooth turned on to ensure the correct pairing mode.Finally, it would be easier with a manual.

For the Soundflow Bluetooth wireless earbuds, you first need to disconnect them from your device and turn off Bluetooth.

Putting them in your ears makes it easier to wait for the different steps.

First, turn them on together.
They will whisper in your ear 'Power On' followed by 'Pairing'. Then, they will communicate with each other and together say 'Connected'. Don't rush, this can take up to 1 minute.

Next, you just need to pair them with your phone, tablet, PC, etc.

However, I don't know if you experience the same thing, but for me, the sound goes to full volume as soon as I pair them.
