Adjust the fan speed

Hello, I recently bought a Lenovo Ideapad L340 but I realize that the fan is extremely loud even though I'm only using 30% of the processor and I see via Speedfan/Afterburner that my components are not exceeding 40-50°C.
I have looked everywhere for software or a way to reduce the fan speed but I can't find anything; does such software exist? (without going through the BIOS)

    Hi,

    50°C is already quite enough

    You might just damage it if you change anything (if that happens).
