Hello,
I work with Word
I made a screenshot of a photo that I pasted into Word
I crop it and I want to print
My document is set up for printing and when I print, my cropped image prints at the right dimensions but not with the correct cropped photo, instead part of what I removed is printed
I don’t understand why.
I just changed printers (there was no problem before) and now it bugs: HP Envy 5030
Thank you for your help
Configuration: Windows / Firefox 71.0

Personally, I have a similar problem, especially with images from the internet.
When I copy images from the internet, even without cropping them, I place them in Word and everything displays fine, but upon printing, the image gets cropped because, while the image frame is the right size, the image itself is zoomed in within its frame. I’m not sure if this is related, but I also have an HP printer (HP 5740) and indeed, I didn’t have this problem before.
Or could it be an image protection system to prevent copying???
I would like to find the cause, but at least I've found a solution:
Once sized (and possibly cropped) in Word, I copy my image from Word (ctrl+c) to Paint (Windows) (ctrl+v), then I reverse the process by copying from Paint (ctrl+c) back to Word (ctrl+v), and voila, the printing goes better. It doesn't seem to work with GIMP.
