Unable to read my PDF documents in Digiposte

Question

Hello,
I have a digiposte account but I can no longer access my stored archived PDF documents. When I click on the file, it displays: "Nothing interesting here. Oops, it seems there was a problem with this PDF".
Can someone help me???

Hi, do you use the website on PC? Or the app on smartphone?

I recommend using the smartphone app, it seems easier to use than on PC.
PDF files are available directly on the homepage of the app.

Good evening, I just used my digiposte account with a Windows 10 PC. The .pdf files open normally. The problem must be with your device: smartphone or PC? Version? Software to open pdf?

Good evening,  Same observation as Papiloulou61: the PDFs open normally (computer running Win 10). The problem is on your side. Try clearing the Digiposte cookies and reconnecting.
