Hello, I ordered from megaport yesterday afternoon for "Monday, December 30, 2019," and the status of my package is "pending." I don't know what that means and how long it will stay in that status.
I think my package has not been shipped yet, and I would like to know how long MEGAPORT usually takes to ship?

    If you haven't received a shipping email, it's probably because the order is still pending.

    Indeed, these days many companies are not operating or are working at a slowed pace. So, it's likely that the order is pending while it is being prepared and shipped.

    Aren't you supposed to have a tracking number for the shipment of your package? If so, the package will be shipped when you receive the shipping notification with that tracking number.
