Download issue on Sharp TV

Hello

Same for me, I just bought a Sharp Aquos 55UI8762ES television and I can't download an app. I can't find Google Play or the App Store. Apparently, on these models, you can't; only the pre-installed apps are available. If anyone has information about this product.
