Hello everyone,
like many, I was faced overnight with the Money 2005 problem that opens and then immediately closes (I’m on Windows 10)…
Despite uninstalling/reinstalling Money, cleaning the registry, etc., nothing helped!
I thought it had to be a Windows component that was faulty, and I finally found the solution!
If you’re in this situation, you just need to reinstall the Visual C++ components.
I found a package that works very well on the following site: https://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/visual_c_runtime_installer.html
Just click on "Download Now" to get the file, run it…
It will ask for confirmation to install and reboot the PC... and after the restart Money works perfectly! :)

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 79.0.3945.88

Restart the machine and then reinstall MsMoney via ► [This link](/telecharger/bureautique/15561-microsoft-money-2005/) and MsMoney 2005 is like “new”
