Hello,
Your answering machine is probably poorly programmed...
It must be in the answering machine recorder mode (REP. ENREG) and the number of rings that triggers it must be set to a value lower than the one that triggers the operator's voicemail.
Operators default to 5 rings for triggering, so a good setting is 4 rings.
