Startup.nsh boot issue

Hello,
First of all, I want to tell you that I'm not very knowledgeable about computers, but I have tried to gather some information; I hope someone will kindly help me.

I received an MSI computer for Christmas
GL73 8RC 236xfr
To be honest, I wasn't expecting it; my mother chose it (those with tech-inept moms will understand)
Here is the link to the computer
https://www.cdiscount.com/informatique/ordinateurs-pc-portables/pc-portable-gamer-msi-gl73-8rc-236xfr-17-3-ful/f-1070992-msi4719072585716.html#mpos=1|cd

So when I turn on the computer, nothing happens; a bunch of lines of code display, and the message “Press ESC to skip startup.nsh” shows up. I do that, and nothing works. After some research on the internet, I typed “exit,” and I ended up in a menu; I can tell you, I'm completely lost. I asked for the invoice, etc., and I saw that the computer was listed as “Without OS.” After some research, I understood that the computer does not have an operating system, and I believe that is where the problem lies.

My question is, would anyone be willing to help me with the ideal operating system? (I play a lot of video games) How should I install or acquire it? Can you send me a link to one of these licenses on Amazon, for example? Thanks a lot in advance.
Configuration: Android / Chrome 79.0.3945.93

    Uh...
I fully understand that the operating system was not provided as mentioned earlier in my main message, but how can I obtain one and install it? That is my question.
If it's available on Amazon, for example, could you provide me with a link to purchase what I need? Do I need a USB key or something like that? Because this doesn't help me much right now.
I do click on the listing, but nothing happens.
Thank you for your response anyway, if possible to make it more detailed as I'm not as knowledgeable as you are. Thank you for your help.

      Hello
      Install Windows 10

The principle is to create a Windows 10 installation USB flash drive and boot the computer from it to install Windows.
You need to create a USB drive from another computer.

      To create the USB drive:

You need a USB stick with at least 8 GB.
Create a USB drive using the Media Creation Tool: Download here:
      https://www.malekal.com/windows-10-media-creation-tool/
Boot from it by changing the boot sequence and selecting the USB key: How to boot the computer from USB
      https://www.malekal.com/comment-demarrer-ordinateur-cle-usb/

If the key does not work, try creating another one with Rufus to download here:
      https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/utilitaires/19615-rufus/
restart Media Creation Tool and select "ISO File"
Launch Rufus and then specify the path to the ISO file
      In partition scheme, choose GPT.

The Windows 10 installer should then start:

      Choose custom (not upgrade)
During the partition phase, select the main partition and click next.
For the license, you can find it online (on Cdiscount or Amazon) search.
