Hello,
I just bought a new PC.
My FPS and image quality were top-notch.
The problem is that not long ago, my Radeon software had an update. It installed AMD Radeon Software and since then, I've been experiencing constant drops in FPS, and the image in games is saturated.
If I uninstall the software, I can't play the games because they crash.
My processor is a Ryzen 3600 and my graphics card is a Radeon 5700 XT.
Thank you in advance for all your responses.

The temperature of the PC is around 60°C
My complete setup is:
- Cooler Master MB520 case
- Corsair CX650M power supply
- AMD Ryzen 3600 processor
- MSI Radeon 5700 XT Mech OC graphics card
- Samsung Evo 970 Plus SSD in M.2
- Seagate ST2000DM008 2TB hard drive
- Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x8GB RAM
- MSI B450 Gaming Plus Max motherboard
- Be Quiet! Pure Rock Slim BK008 CPU cooler
- With 3 additional simple fans to cool the tower.
But I repeat, it was really when I installed their AMD Radeon Software Adrenalin driver that my performance decreased. Before that, everything was working extraordinarily well.

Do you think the power wouldn't be sufficient?
I initially built my PC with Top Achat, so everything should be compatible and correctly sized.
The motherboard is definitely compatible.

After some reflection and new bugs, I think the problem comes from the graphics card.
From time to time, the screens go dark; I can still hear the game running in the background, but it’s as if the graphics card doesn't detect the screens.
Is there any software to check the status of the graphics card?
When I play, the GPU percentage rises to nearly 90%. That shouldn't be the case given the graphics card I have.

Hi,
I have exactly the same problem with an RX 590:
In some games like Sea Of Thieves, my card crashes and my screens are no longer detected, so I have to reboot the PC. On the other hand, I can play Star Wars Battlefront 2 without problems for several hours AS LONG AS I don't switch back to Windows while in-game OTHERWISE... well, it crashes...
To fix this, I tried to install AMD software to control my performance and... it's a disaster...
In Sea Of Thieves, for example, I have a huge drop in performance, meaning the game runs at 40 FPS, whereas in Battlefront 2 the fans run almost at full speed when AMD software wasn’t installed, it was calm and the game normally ran at over 100 FPS on recommended (high) settings.
Anyway, I feel like I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place and I think it's the power supply. Not the power supply unit itself, but more likely the wiring because several people have already had this problem.
Have you found a solution on your end?
Thanks in advance!
A+++
