I have a KOLEOS II without a CD player. I want to listen to my CDs in the car without recording them on a USB stick. The car is equipped with USB ports that accept iPods and mobile phones, which my grandchildren use.
What external player should I buy? I have looked but I don't understand anything; it must be my age (72)?
Thank you

Hello
With USB, it will depend on your approach and the media in the vehicle.
Either it's a simple "input" where you can "switch" (sources), and in this case, it's better to have a small MP3 player from which you can start and manage playback from the device itself.
Or it's a media player in the vehicle that allows you to manage playback directly via a touchscreen in the vehicle. In this case, you will just need a simple USB drive, formatted in Fat32, onto which you will copy your music files (in MP3) using a computer.
Best regards

thank you.
One problem is that I don't want to copy my CDs onto a USB stick.

Copying is not possible because your CDs are not in MP3 format.
Converting is possible, and there are several methods. For example, HERE.
Or with a player like VLC, etc.
Best regards

Good evening,
Personally, I opted for this solution (battery-powered) placed on the floor in the car, an example here:
CD audio player
Moreover, you can listen to your audio disks anywhere, either on batteries or plugged in (with the radio as a bonus...).
