    Hello ...

    This message means that the waste ink counter is full and needs to be reset ..

    There are 2 solutions for this
    1► Contact Epson customer service, which costs a bit and you won't have a printer for the entire duration of the repair ...

    2► Do it yourself using WIC Reset Utility ► Here ► Download the free version (Free) at the top of the page ... this free version does not fully reset the counter but allows for a temporary fix .... the license key for the paid version costs around €10, but in my opinion, you should first try with the free version just in case ??
    In principle, this should work for your XP 620 model as it is listed ► Here

    For your information, I have not used this tool as I have never owned an Epson printer or rather 1 that I took to the recycling center after 2 years! But several users have reset the counter and the printer worked again
