SD card not recognized

Hello,
I have a 64GB micro SD card that is not recognized under ubuntu 18.04 (with the adapter).
When I insert the card, I hear a sound.
But nothing else happens.
Another SD card works and is recognized by the system, so I conclude that the built-in reader is recognized.

I have already tried the command 
fdisk -l
but without success...
Does anyone have any ideas?

Configuration: Linux 18.04

    Hello,

    Remove your card from the reader.
    Open a terminal and type the command 
    dmesg -w
    .
    Press the 
    <Enter>
    key 4 or 5 times to insert blank lines.
    Plug in your card and copy/paste the new lines that will scroll on the screen in the terminal.

      The card is recognized (/dev/sdb), but apparently it has serious issues ;-(

      Try opening it with Gparted and recreating a partition table.

      I encountered an input/output error while reading from /dev/sdb

      Unable to open /dev/sdb - disk label not recognized.
      in GParted.

      And if I try to partition, it asks me to choose, and by default it puts "msdos"....
      What should I put?
