Bug controllers Under Control / Switch

Hello everyone,

I have had my Nintendo Switch for 2 years now and I had a small problem with the ZR button on my right Joy-Con. This button is essential for playing a certain Dragon Quest, so I decided to invest in a new pair of Joy-Cons from the brand Under Control, which are much cheaper than the official Joy-Cons and I find more comfortable to handle.

After 1 month of gaming without any issues, the right Joy-Con no longer responds to the Switch. It charges on the charging dock but doesn't blink anymore and isn't detected by the Switch. So I went to exchange this set of Joy-Cons still under warranty. That same evening, the new right Joy-Con is detected by the Switch and works perfectly. But the next day, I encounter the problem again: it charges but no longer blinks and is no longer detected by the Switch.

I don't understand. Has anyone else experienced the same issue?

Thank you for your response!

    Hello,

Have your new controllers been successfully synced to the Nintendo Switch?
I must say, they're not exactly perfect those controllers :(

I am currently suffering from drift on my left controller.

Hello, I've been having trouble for the past few days as the B button on my Under Control controller gets stuck as soon as I press it. What can I do?

I bought some Jay cons and after three weeks they already have a connection problem with the Switch. Is there a solution?
