Hello,

I have a problem when installing the EBP Accounting & Quotes-Invoices 2016 software. When I start the installation, I reach the "Welcome" screen, I click on "Next", then on "Start", and then I get the following message: "This computer is not connected to the internet," even though it is, and I can only close this window.
Could someone help me resolve this issue?

    If you are connected to the internet but the software is unable to connect to it, it may be because an antivirus program is preventing the application from communicating with the remote server or that the activation data is incorrect.

    Try disabling your antivirus.
