Creating Windows 10 installation media

Hello,
When creating the USB stick as a Windows 10 installation media, everything seems to go smoothly until the end, where we get an error message (code: 0x80070003-0xA001B), despite several attempts after formatting the USB stick... It is 32GB, so it's not a space issue; I don't understand and I haven't found anything specifically related to this error code.
Can you please help me? :)

Try to do it again with Rufus: how to download Rufus.
Download the ISO file for example with Adguard: Download Windows ISO
Launch Rufus and then indicate the path to the ISO file
In partition scheme, choose GPT.
