Windows 10 installation issue

Hello, I'm trying to install Windows 10 using a USB drive but during the installation, I get an error message, can you help me?  Error 80FE0000: Windows could not configure the offline regional options information

Hello,  If you have everything backed up and don’t wish to keep anything (even the manufacturer's recovery partition if you have it)  Redo the installation and when you get to the partitions, delete everything (small menu to open at the bottom) and format the disk. Then continue with the installation (update to see your disk just in case and again to create a partition if you wish)

The idea ...  Your installation key / Do it again and see what it gives  If the same issue  During installation / Go to the screen where you see your hard drive and partition. Do not select any  Press SHIFT (⇧) + F10  The command prompt opens  Type and press Enter: diskpart list disk select disk n (where n is the number of the disk you want to format) clean convert gpt (to make sure you're in the right format while you're at it.) exit to exit  You will return to the screen, if your disk doesn’t appear, click on refresh. Select it and install.  If the same issue  You should consider testing your hard drive Would you have a case to connect it to another PC, or internally depending on the PC? If yes, test it with https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/utilitaires/6735-crystaldiskinfo/ (unzip the file and then run the 64 version) Give the result.

Yeah, but I don't really see it...  Insist with what you have.  And on the other hand, try to find another USB drive.  Also see if you can find an external case for the hard drive. It would be good to take the hard drive out of the PC, put it in a case to connect it externally to another one, and test it with CrystalDiskInfo. I'm doubtful about the PC's disk...  By the way, what was the reason you initially decided to reinstall?  Desktop or laptop?  Exact model of your PC?  Do you have an external hard drive?
