    Good evening,

On an AZERTY keyboard, the slash is located on the third key to the right of the N (by pressing shift beforehand).

However, if it has worked before and is no longer displaying, you need to check if one or more keys on the keyboard are defective by connecting an external keyboard.

    Best regards.

Good evening, thank you for replying, but in my case my slash is next to the shift key and if I press shift plus the slash it gives me É.

Do you have a French or Quebec, Belgian, or Swiss Azerty keyboard, as the layout is specific to each of these countries?
If so, type "Wikipedia keyboard layout" in a search engine.

In any case, you probably have a slash key on the numeric keyboard. If you don’t have a built-in numeric keyboard, you can acquire one, but on a laptop, it’s only practical if the PC and keyboard are on a table and not on your lap.

Furthermore, take a good look at the row of numbers below the function keys at the top of the keyboard. This key is mandatory to enter divisions in a spreadsheet.

      Hello,
While waiting to possibly fix this defective key, you can use the ASCII code. To make "/" hold down the "alt" key and type "47"; in the same way, you can make "É" with "alt" and 144.
Your key with "/" allows you to make ":" does your key work for making ":"?

Thank you, I found it. It was laborious, but patience is rewarded.
