Hello,
I changed my internet connection, I switched from Telenet to Scarlet and currently I am facing a problem because my computer has no internet connection. I connected it directly to the box with a cable and there is no connection. I tried ipconfig/Renew and I got a response "unable to contact the DHCP server." I tried many things, but no result.
Does anyone know how to help me?

Good evening Vicky_krsk,
Try this procedure:
In the Start Menu, search for "Command Prompt" and right-click and select "Run as administrator".
Once the window is open, type these commands by pressing "Enter" after each one.
Type netsh interface ip reset
Type netsh winsock reset
Type netsh advfirewall reset
Type ipconfig/release
Type ipconfig/renew
Type ipconfig/flushdns
Restart your computer.
Best regards,

Thank you, the fix worked for me! I replaced my 300Mbps powerline adapters that kept disconnecting by 1000Mbps ones. The disconnection between the powerline adapters has stopped (they must have been too weak, but they surprisingly worked well before), but the computer decided not to connect or to disconnect from time to time when it did work (connected to a switch [which didn't seem to be the issue, it came in between and didn't seem to change anything] with a PS4 that no longer disconnected with the 1000Mbps). With the fix, everything seems to be back to normal (hoping it's all good and that it holds up). A simple ipconfig/release then ipconfig/renew didn't work, thanks!
