Hello, I have the same remote control and indeed, it's impossible to bring up the hidden menu (my TV has Bluetooth but it doesn't recognize any devices) Is there any solution to bring up this menu? I've tried several manipulations (info "home" mute power) but nothing works.

Hello, on this remote control you need to use the settings button (very small at the bottom left of the remote) instead of MENU.

The sequence is therefore info > settings > mute > power

Hello,
You need to cut the wifi otherwise you won't have access to the hidden menu of the TV.

Afterwards, you must access this famous hidden menu while the TV is off, then press the following buttons in succession:
INFO MENU MUTE POWER

Then sub-menu: CONTROL OK

Menu SUB

WATCHDOG ON arrow right for OFF

Return and Power button to restart.

Hello Edward
I tried again by turning off the wifi, just to be sure. But nothing works. I believe the problem lies with the remote, which doesn't have a menu button, only the home button represented by a house.

I did a software update check this morning and it is up to date.
I don't know if there is a different operation with this remote control.

I naturally tried to replace "menu" with the little house. The latter is more akin to the home function.

I have the same remote as you. I press the home button and it brings up the menu at the bottom of the screen with TV, Netflix, etc....
Then to go back, I press the return button at the bottom left. Then there’s E Manual, you have Extra apparently, and above that I have settings and you have Sports.
Press each of these buttons one by one to see.

I won't be home before Wednesday, but yes, I have the normal menu displayed like you do. I'm trying to access the hidden menu to enable Bluetooth for the connected speakers.

The remote control works perfectly, there is simply no menu button.

Hello,
I only received the TV with the power cable and the remote control.
However, I do have access to a Bluetooth menu; it’s just that during the search it doesn’t find anything.

I have the same one and there is a card to insert in the back, I will go check.

Lift the plastic casing from below by unclipping it from underneath and you will see there is a connector, but I haven't plugged anything in there yet to try.

This is the common PCMCIA interface that can receive a module and its card to decode the encrypted channels of TNT (Canal +) or Fransat if the TV has a satellite tuner and is labeled Fransat.
Regarding this hidden menu, I can only advise not to touch it; moreover, if this TV does not have a Bluetooth transmitter, the manipulation is useless.

Exactly, but it's good that in areas with no coverage we have to go through the satellite and Fransat is indeed suitable in this case because if the TV is equipped with a satellite tuner and a PCMCIA interface labeled CI+ Fransat, we can do without a decoder => no more cables, better quality, and just one remote control. And Canal (TNT SAT) refuses this interesting solution by not selling a module + card; they require an external decoder labeled Canal.
