Hello, I ordered a few days ago on AliExpress
I was charged but I haven't received any confirmation email for my order or payment confirmation
Help pleaseee

    ordering on this site is always very random
    no confirmation email, that's the least of it
    generally it's: very very very.... long delays for receiving the ordered products, when they finally arrive! if it's a Christmas gift, it's going to be tricky!
    there are also items received that do not match the order, in size, color, or otherwise
    not to mention packages stuck in customs
    difficult to return a product or get a refund, communication with the site or the seller is almost non-existent; in short; cheap but to be avoided
    better to spend a few extra euros to buy in France or at least on well-known sites like Amazon, Cdiscount, and many others...

    Normally it said delivered on December 11th... I hope it will be okay... and it's a children's book...
