Pairing issue with Altice earphones

Hello everyone.

I bought some Altice wireless Bluetooth earbuds a while ago.

However, I've been having a little problem for the past 3 days; I can't get them to pair with each other.
They are both fully charged and work individually.

I've noticed a small difference when I take them out of the charging case. The right one tries to pair with its mate while the left one goes straight into pairing mode with a device.

I can't find any manual online. The SFR customer service (Altice company) can't answer my questions regarding the product, and since I'm on a business trip, I don't have the paper manual with me.

If someone can help me, someone who has the earbuds in question or who has experienced something similar, I would appreciate it.

Hello, you need to turn off the earbuds and then press and hold for 20 seconds until you hear a small sound from both sides of the earbuds. This will reset them, and then you can turn them back on.
Refer to the manual. Everything is written inside.
