Hello,
For the past two weeks, I've been having issues with internet dropouts, or at least with a ping that spikes.
These dropouts happen randomly between 1 and 30 minutes for a few seconds.
I mainly noticed it while gaming: I was getting kicked from game servers multiple times per match for disconnects.
I’ve been a Sosh Fiber customer (but got no response to my requests on their forum) for 3 months. The line is brand new and was installed when I moved in.
I'm connected via ethernet cable directly to the box.
What I've tested so far: unplugging/replugging the ethernet cable; restarting the box; a thorough analysis of my PC using Norton (I have access to the full software) with no results.
I also can't find a good software tool to analyze or at least show the evolution of my ping over time to illustrate the issue.
Any advice for me?
Thanks in advance! :)

Hi,
You're connected via fiber optic then?
We can thus say that it's not related to the copper line and that it's related to your PC or the router...

Yes, I am on Fiber and I do suspect that it's related to my PC or the box, but I can't pinpoint the source precisely and therefore resolve the issue.
