Memory card issue Nikon Coolpix L5

Hello,

I have a Nikon Coolpix L5 and a 4GB Dane Elec SD HC card.
The device tells me that the card is not working.
I unlocked the card with the small yellow button, but it still doesn't work.
What should I do?

    Hello,

    First of all, a big thank you for the responses I received.
    Actually, the card was not compatible.
    There was a labeling issue. I needed an SD card, the packaging was for an SD card but the card was an SD HC so it didn't work. Once the card was exchanged, my device works perfectly.
    So be careful with Dane Elec's packaging.

    Have you checked if the card is compatible?
    I had the same issue and it was due to the card.

    I don't know much about it, I can't tell you more.

    To read the card with a PC, you need an SD card reader, either built into the tower or plugged into a USB port (a large number of printers also come with multi-card readers now)

    Otherwise, if the warranty of the card is still valid, exchange it in the store; this will not pose any problems!

    Hello,

    Did you receive this memory card with your device or did you buy it separately? It may be possible that your device is not compatible with a 4GB card.

    Otherwise, if you can, try inserting this card into another device or a PC: if the result is the same, then the card is faulty...
