Iomega incompatible with Windows 10

Hello,
I have an Iomega Prestige external hard drive since 2011. I bought a computer running Windows 10 in October 2019, but I was unable to install the installation software. The installation started but then I received a message about incompatibility with Windows 10, interrupting the installation.
I was able to access the external hard drive to retrieve data before the installation of Windows 10, with no issues such as cable problems.
Can I download software to back up data on my external hard drive?
Best regards,
Malapprenouf

Configuration: Windows / Internet Explorer 11.0

Hello,
I couldn't install the installation software

Which software are you talking about? Your message is more than confusing and hard to understand what you want and what you're referring to.

Sorry, I cannot reply to you. As before, I click on reply but I cannot copy my response; nothing happens. I would like to add that I am visually impaired and to be able to read on the screen, I have set it to black and white, so I cannot distinguish colors.
I wanted to forward him:
Hello Bazfile
Iomega is a data backup software that transfers data from a computer to the external drive sold with this software. It is used to save any document, image, or other as soon as it is created or modified on the PC. I had kept the software that allowed me to install it on my PC in 2011 when it was running Windows 7. I changed my PC in October 2019, due to the end of updates for Windows 7. When I connected the external hard drive to my new PC running Windows 10, I found that it did have backups of all my documents. However, the backup of new documents no longer worked, so I wanted to install the software on my new PC in vain, with the message stating it is incompatible with Windows 10 interrupting the installation of Iomega. Is there a patch for my old software (from 2011) to make it work on Windows 10? Or do I need to buy new backup software?
I hope I was clearer.
Regards,
Malapprenouf

If the Iomega never down software does not work on Windows 10 and since this software is no longer being developed, you need to take another one.
