Shut down a program with Cobian Backup

Hello everyone,

I can't figure out how to close a program before the backup

I want to back up my emails in Thunderbird, but I can't close the program

I don't know what to put in the window that appears
Edit the selected item (in event/add/close the program)

Here’s what I put

CLOSE,thunderbird,TRUE

The problem is that it mentions the window title?

PRESICION: I just did the test by entering "Microsoft Outlook" while the window title was "Inbox - Microsoft Outlook" and it worked:

CLOSE,"Microsoft Outlook",TRUE

?????
but that’s great… by the way, thanks for the hint about the window title ;-)))

I forgot to mention that I have version 8.4.0.198 of Cobian Backup.

It is indeed the title of the window with quotes example

CLOSE,"Inbox - Microsoft Outlook",TRUE

which does not make the process operable when the title changes. In clear terms, in Outlook the title changes as soon as you click on a folder, in this case, the window does not close.

Personally, I had to put "Inbox" for it to work. If it can help someone... :)

indeed, by only putting the name of the program, in my case Thunderbird, it closes correctly
