Change source on TV without remote

Question

Hello,

My mother-in-law can no longer use her remote control (dmla), and she has many DVDs that she used to watch, but now it has become impossible for her to change the source on the television with the remote control (the display is also very fast).
Do you know of another solution?
I thought about an HDMI switch, does it exist? Or any other accessory?

If you have any ideas, I would be grateful.

Hello,  Maybe with the brand and model... it would be easier to answer..:-))  -- . It's hard to trust human beings, even blind people prefer to be guided by dogs.

Here I am again,
After some research, it seems that an HDMI switch would be suitable. There are models with two inputs and one output (reversible) that would work for about €10, so it’s worth giving it a try.
I will take the plunge.
