What is Un_A.exe, is it secure?

Hello,

I uninstalled the Steam application and then Windows Defender notified me that an application or process named "Un_A.exe" tried to access the protected folder "%desktopdirectory%/".
I saw online that it installs alongside certain applications like Steam, for example.
So I wanted to know if it's not a virus or some other infection? Thank you.

    Hi,

    Look in the task manager under details
    then right-click and properties, it will show the path.

    Generally, these are installers that generate this.
