Blue double-headed arrow on folder in Outlook 2016

Hello,

I have blue arrows that have appeared on some folders in my Outlook 2016. These arrows are two-sided and are located at the bottom right of the folder. I have no idea what I might have done to create this. Can you tell me how I can remove them? I tried right-clicking, but I don't see anything related to a compressed folder, so I don't think that's the issue.
