Remove a saved card from my Western Union account

Hello, I mistakenly registered a credit card and would like to remove this card from my account. Can you help me? Thank you.

    Hello, did you find an answer to your question? Because I have the same problem, I'm unable to delete the credit cards that are already saved.

      Hello, you need to do it using a computer, not with the app. You have to go to the Western Union website, log in to your profile, then go to payment preferences, and from there, delete the cards. Thank you.

      I can no longer make card payments on the website or the app; I have to go to an agency or post office instead.
      They aren't answering my question and they don't understand when I call.
