Thunderbird 68 re-enable light mode

Hello,

Since the recent update, I have a dark mode that I don't like but I can't find how to switch back to the light mode in Mozilla Thunderbird. I went into the display settings but I see nothing.
I have Firefox 68.2.1 32 bits and Windows 10 Home 64 bits.

      Thank you Dubcek, the default theme was activated (and very dark: like the operating system): I switched back to the light theme and it’s resolved.

      Correction: I set the light theme for Windows 10 and left the default theme in Thunderbird ( = like the operating system). Thank you again because I had really overlooked that. Have a great end of the day.
